2. Native content and how to differentiate from editorial
3. Ad Blockers and how to get around them
4. Finding audience segments within massive- scale audiences
5. How to count video views (and what constitutes a view)
6. Subscriber paywalls
7. Converting sideways traffic to story pages from social into traffic that goes deeper into a site
Media consumers were focused on:
1. Getting rid of annoying ads
2. Whether to trust what is being reported
Those haven’t gone away, but the big conversations at the moment focus on:
1. High quality journalism
That’s probably healthy and a remedy for many of the other issues.
