So today, about 1/2 of my Facebook friends are weeping/lauding/coping with the stunning sale of Washington Post to Jeff Bezos.
About 1/3 are raging about Alex Rodriguez’s suspension from baseball.
Maybe 1/10 are commenting on the escape of terrorists from a prison in Benghazi a few days ago; the terror alert that resulted in Embassy closings for the week, etc.
The rest are posting pictures of their cats or other people’s cats.
